Operational clarity that scales with your company
We believe great teams do not need “everything at once”—they need clarity: who decides, where work lives, and what is already done. WorkflowOps connects day-to-day work with control and accountability, without forcing heavyweight ERP complexity onto every internal workflow.

Our story
WorkflowOps was built for organizations that have outgrown improvised spreadsheets, long email threads, and scattered forms—but do not want to pay enterprise-scale systems just to bring a few critical processes under control.
We have watched teams burn energy chasing threads across departments: who approved what, where the document is, whether leave is reflected in time data, whether a purchase still has one more gate. That is rarely a “people problem”—it is a missing shared frame.
We focus on the areas that most often slow organizations down: time and absences, approvals, orders, delegations, fleet, equipment, projects—and the handoff of responsibility across teams.
We want you to start with one meaningful area, feel relief in daily work, and then expand calmly when you are ready—instead of rebuilding how the whole company operates every year.
Our mission
We make it easier for mid-sized organizations to collaborate with accountability: less chaos in communication, more confidence in decisions, less manual status chasing. Technology should support your processes—not the other way around.
We plan rollouts with the people who actually run the processes.
We connect modules where data and decisions already meet today.
We prioritize clarity: history, roles, and approvals instead of guesswork.
The people behind WorkflowOps
WorkflowOps is a system built by two brothers. Marcin runs a branch at a large robotics company—managing the team, finances, and other organizational matters is his day-to-day work. Many of those processes still live in email and Excel spreadsheets, which over time led him to think about automation. Radosław is passionate about programming; for eight years he has been writing commercial software, from the first conversation about a problem through to delivery. The system architecture and the features in place are the result of the brothers’ ideas and experience in business process automation—a product that is still evolving.

Marcin Auguścik
Co-founder · Operations manager
A roboticist by training, a manager in practice. In his company he quickly spots what works and what could be improved. WorkflowOps grew out of his daily work: team management, finances, and organizing how people work are only part of what he does. He has vast experience recognizing business needs and working with clients through many large, often highly complex international projects.

Radosław Auguścik
Co-founder · Developer & architect
A programmer by passion and education. Eight years in IT as a full-stack developer gave him a cross-cutting view of how software is built. A perfectionist who does not let mistakes slip through and always aims for high standards. Clean code is his motto. He is not afraid of new technologies and tries them in practice, which helps him build systems that are easy to maintain and extend.
What matters to us
-
Process clarity
Every step has an owner, a status, and a history—so teams move faster with fewer “who handled that?” moments.
-
Control and accountability
Roles, permissions, approvals, and activity trails build order without pushing teams to work around the system.
-
Built for growth
The platform should support how you scale—not force a full operational rebuild every time requirements change.
